Papers Due for Initial Review

Papers may be either “Full papers” (10-12 pages in length) or “Short papers” (6-9 pages). All papers must be created using the conference template document from our publishing partner, Springer, available in both PC Word format and Mac Word format. Please submit your paper using the customized link that has been emailed to you. Papers that are submitted but do not use the template cannot be considered.
Also, if you are submitting a paper, please be sure to review the Author Guidelines document as well as our Publication Ethics document.
Please note: papers are not required, but those papers which are submitted will be reviewed and, assuming acceptance of the paper, published in the official conference proceedings. Conference papers will be distributed to all attendees, included in conference registration. The conference proceedings will be published as a book/ebook by Springer. The proceedings book/ebook is planned to be indexed by SCOPUS, DBLP, EI Compendex, INSPEC, WTI Frankfurt eG, zbMATH, Japanese Science and Technology Agency (JST), and SCImago, and submitted for consideration in Web of Science.

June 4, 2025 for people speaking on one of the June hybrid (New York and online) conference days.
Presentation slides should be in .ppt or .pdf format.
Conference Dates:
June 11-13, 2025, hybrid conference days in New York and online, plus additional online-only conference days in late May! More information about the May dates will be posted as we begin to finalize our program in 2025.
