Rates and Registration
Registration provides access to all conference sessions, including those in the IGIP Special Session. Please note that the student rate is only for full-time students (proof of status required) and does not include the conference dinner.
Our current Super Early Bird rates are available through December 9, 2024! Register now to receive the lowest possible rates! Our complete fee table is below.

Please note that if you register as a speaker at the Super Early Bird rate, your registration will be fully refundable through Jan. 31st, 2025; proposal acceptances will be sent by Jan. 13th, 2025.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations through January 31, 2025, a refund of 75% of the fee will be issued (except for speakers who registered at the Super Early Bird rate, who will receive a 100% refund for cancellation by January 31, 2024).
For cancellations between February 1 and March 31, 2025, a refund of 50% of the fee will be issued.
For cancellations between April 1 and May 4, 2025, a refund of 25% of the fee will be issued.
For cancellations after May 4, 2025, no refund will be issued.
If you register as an in-person attendee and later need to change to online, or vice versa, please reach out to us.
